marks the memories

there are marks now...
marks that tell me what i did
they remind me of what we did
where we did it when i got them
how i felt when i got them
my smile creps on my face every time remember what we did

but i know they won't stay forever
will the memories also fade as well
when the marks go?
is that when i have to say goodbye for good?
i don't want to though...
because i truly do love you and
i never want to forget what we did that one night...
